We feel that in order to fully appreciate the benefits of Videowrap™, it's important for people to understand how human vision works.

We have posted the classic paper "Wide Angle Orthostereo" written by Eric Howlett for the SPIE 1990 proceedings. In a time before there was even such a thing as Videowrap™, this paper explained why something like Videowrap™ would one day be important. Much of the LeepVR website content is derived from this paper so don't be surprised if you come across some familiar language.
